We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Cup Collective account.
You can delete your Cup Collective account and all associated data directly in the app:
Open the Cup Collective app
Go to the Settings tab
Select “Delete Account”
You’ll see a confirmation step before anything is deleted
Confirm deletion
This permanently deletes your account and associated data
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
All personal identification data
All transaction records
For store owners only
All preferences and data
Account deletions are processed within 30 days
Deleted data may remain in system backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal
You may receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
This action is permanent
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered
Unredeemed rewards are forfeited
Loyalty points cannot be restored after deletion
Store owners
Deleting your account removes your store from the Cup Collective network
